Small or large the lactation process is not dependant on the size of the breast. Many women with large breasts have problems with breast feeding.
A good example is a woman with inverted nipples and large breasts may have a difficullt time starting to nurse.
Some women take to breast feeding very easily, while others do not. The infant must "latch on" properly to as much of the nipple and areola as possible.
Once the milk comes in small breasted women often have an easier time feeding their young.
